Netflix is red hot in 2015. There’s Marvel projects like Daredevil and A.K.A. Jessica Jones, a couple of movie deals, and the highly anticipated series for David Wain’s cult comedy Wet Hot American Summer—for which there’s now a teaser trailer that confirms the series will be a prequel. Break out your short shorts, pop your collars, and get ready for summer.
If you’ll recall Wet Hot American Summer takes place on the last day of camp at Camp Firewood. This time around the eight episode series, titled Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, takes place on, you guessed it, the first day. Returning for the series are Elizabeth Banks, fake baby-daddy Bradley Cooper, Amy Poehler, and Paul Rudd, along with the rest of the star-studded cast.
Expect the series to be out this summer.
